I loved staying here because it was just a few steps from shops like CherryBerry and only around 2 km from the beautiful Japanese Gardens, making my city strolls so enjoyable. the indoor pool area adds a nice touch for families visiting with kids, but the breakfast options could definitely improve for a more satisfying start to the day.

Just a solid selection for a fleeting pause in Grand Forks with good value. The pool and hot tub were nice and not overly heated. Suggest checking for cleaner rooms before settling in.

The pool area is fantastic! ! Enjoyed a perfect swim and the breakfast had a wonderful variety that pleased everyone in the family.

The noise levels were frustrating. Thin walls made it challenging to rest, especially with families in close proximity.

best western is in a great location surrounded by various shops and eateries. our two room suite was clean and spacious, making it perfect for our family. the friendly staff went above and beyond, especially helping with laundry arrangements, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.

the indoor pool area can get quite noisy with children playing, so keep that in mind if you prefer a quieter stay.

The King Room Disability Access was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, which made for a good night's sleep. I liked the room's layout, and having a microwave and fridge was a nice touch. The shower was decent, but the bathroom layout could be better. Overall, it was a comfy stay, and the location was super convenient for shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was perfectly situated near shopping and restaurants. we loved that we could easily walk to everything. The pool area was spacious, allowing my family to relax and enjoy the time together. Plus, the complimentary breakfast offered was surprisingly filling, beyond just basic options.

My kids wished that the soundproofing was better. the noise from the hall and adjoining rooms was distracting during quiet times.
